To change your reservation, simply email email@example.com with your request. Be sure to check your inbox within 24 hours for confirmation of your change.
To cancel your entire reservation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we can only accept cancellations in writing that are submitted directly through this email address. Cancellations cannot be submitted by phone or via the chat function on our website.
Tarzango offers a hassle-free cancellation policy that lets you cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your arrival without any fees or penalties.*
For Cancellation Requests within 7 days of check-in, any associated fees depend on the specific hotel’s policies. If applicable, we will refund 50% of your reservation fee back to the card used at booking. Refunds will be issued between 24 to 48 hours after an email cancellation request has been submitted and approved.

Upon booking, you will receive an email containing all of the relevant details of your reservation. TARZANGO also takes the extra step of linking your direct confirmation number with the hotel’s reservation system, thereby making the check-in process that much easier.
