How do I cancel or modify a reservation?

To make a change to your reservation, please email: email@example.com. Be sure to check your email within 24 hours for confirmation of your change.
To cancel your entire reservation, or modify part of your reservation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note: We can only accept cancellation via writing to: email@example.com. Cancelations will not be submitted via phone or chat, only through written email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your cancellation policy? Are there any fees associated if I cancel?
Here at Tarzango, we offer a hassle free Cancellation Option. Last Minute change of plans? No problem mate! We allow 7 days prior to you arrival for cancellations, without any fees or penalties.*
For Cancellation Requests within 7 days of check in, any associated fees are at the hotel’s discretion. If applicable, we will refund 50% back to the cardholders card. Refunds will be issued between 24 to 48 hours after an email for cancellation has been sent and approved.
*Policy may vary for reservations consisting of 10 rooms or more.

When do I receive Confirmation?
Your Rooms are confirmed as soon as you have completed your reservation.
Upon booking you will receive an email, showing the details of your reservation. TARZANGO takes the extra step to provide you with your direct confirmation number, connected to the hotel’s system, which you'll use for check in.
We anticipate on delivering this to you within one hour and upto 48 hours of your booking.
What does "Pay Later" really mean?
No more booking blind reservations! We do not require you to pay for your reservations until it is visible in the hotel’s system and confirmed.
